Saw a very short news video clip of him a few days back. He was talking about flying Aces and such. As per him, it turns out that only a very small % of the fighter pilots were responsible for the vast majority of the "kills". He said when they looked into it, without exception, the best and most deadliest fighter pilots were rural kids who grew up hunting in the woods with guns.
