How do I pull the Fan/adjustment hat from my WD-45 waterpump? The bolts are off but the fan/pully seems seized to the pump shaft.

With a board using a hammer gently tap the board when it is up against the back side of the pulley, should come loose after a couple of hits, if not rotate the pulley and hit it again.
