Mines the wc. It's the first allis my family bought new back in 39. It's still in the family. They were a awesome tractor in there time.

D17 series 4. Mine is a diesel turned up a tad bit. Dads was the 1955 WD 45 he bought new. I was able to gave it to my son last year.

Depends on the day. Either the 6080s, the 8030, or the 7580. Not that their is anything wrong with the 160 or 7060. 6080 see's the most use by far.

D15 series II. Handy as can be. Anyone can run it and a very snappy governor. It is just an enjoyable tractor to operate and is fuel efficient as well. Tom

AllisWD45 grew up on one that Dad bought new in 1954. 2nd choice Allis 190 that Dad bought new in 1964. The farm only had Allis from 1948 to 1985. Over the years we had WD,WD45,D17, D17 series 3 and 4,D19 gas and diesel,190,200, and 7040

7045, 6000 plus hours and going strong. Been on every implement we own at some point from a 3 point bale stinger and NH 256 rake to a 9 shank min till and everything in between. Gutty and reliable

X 2 on the 7045 PS. I always stands ready for whatever job needs doing from loader work to 3 point. I put the air cylinder kit on the cab door. I LOVE IT!!!

B's and c's are mine they are tough little tractors and just the right size not to big to garden and easy to haul around. But still enough power to actually use.

7045 PD for me. Why? 1, Because it's the only Allis we've ever owned. 2, It's an absolute beast compared to any other tractor we've ever owned.

1952 CA. Why? I still use it for work.
Other runners-up would be my 1953 WD-45. Nice power for its size; love to hear the governor open up.
I also like the One-Ninety XT Series III. Why? They came out new when Dad was a dealer and I've always liked their looks and sound. I wish I knew how many new One-Ninety's I washed and waxed before they went out of the dealership.

When they were new in the late 30's they were state of the art. Way above everything else. Fit our area perfectly. We had them doing everything and then some. One of the units that MADE ALLIS-CHALMERS

D17 - I spent many days sitting on a WD fender toolbox as a kid. Started driving our WD tractor when I was 10 years old until I was 15 during the 70s watching my farm neighbors in their cabbed 7000 series tractors. Then one day my grandfather brought home a D17 series II tractor and I felt like in heaven driving the D17. Power steering, nice diesel engine, and not a bad ride at all. I still have the D17, but my 6080 is my main tractor.

The Wd45 as a young boy in Missouri the winters were cold
And I could always count on the 45 to start that was a big
Deal the H was next but the hand clutch made all the difference
Wen Bush hogging the h was just to fast in low gear for brush.

That's a tuff call, I guess the one I'm standing in front of wrenching on in the shop today, or the last one I worked on. OK, it's must be one of my WD45's. now the wife to-be will say the D19, she uses it for yard work. lol

Man this is tuff, because I love each AC we have and they each do things very well. Dad's seriesII D-15 probably number one. It did everything well and worked its guts out on 200 acres. Whether it was plowing, small grain harvesting, corn, hay, it was often asked to do chores bigger than it was expected to. Trouble free tractor. He bought it new in 1968. Bought the 6060 new in 1981, its been a good one too. Ditto for the the D-14 he had, and the Ca he still has. But my newest favorite has to be my 190Xt that I just finished repairing and painting. Great power and nimble for a big tractor(big for us anyway). It is a pleasure to farm with, console control has all the levers in easy reach. Easy to see off of, the large platform gives you plenty of room. Never get tired hearing that turbo 301 sound out the long pipe.

That's like asking which one of your kids is your favorite. No way I could pick one of my allis tractors and say that it was my favorite one. When I am seeding, my 8550 is my favorite. When cutting hay, my 7060 is my favorite. When baling, my XT is my favorite. When roto baling, my D17 is favorite. Raking hay; my one ninety gasser. When spraying; my 8070. When bush hogging; my D15. For running my auger; my D19. Running generator at the well; D14,......and so forth. Darrel

Definitely Dad's 56 WD-45 wide-front with factory power steering. Spent my youth on that tractor! When Dad went way beyond reason and got me a radio for that tractor, I thought I was in heaven. Dad and Grandad bought a new JD 227 corn picker and put on it - the old girl handled it just fine. Always handled every job given, until Dad put saddle tanks on her and disked in Treflan in plowed ground. (Yes, he had Buick rims and wider tires) The old PS couldn't take that much abuse, and it went out. We parked the 45 down by the creek for years. Then Dad gave it to me! I hired a local mechanic to resurrect her, and she runs like a top. Like someone else said, I love to hear that governor kick in! Got her painted, but I use it too much to keep her too pretty. Second would either be the NF WD, or NF 36 WC.
