Never too old to enjoy working an AC....

Recently bought my 90 year old father in law a B with Art's Way belly mower from Hubnut. Delivered it to him in SW GA and he jumped on for a test drive.

He has been mowing this field for 20+ years, sometimes on a very well worn IH Super C and sometimes with a equally well worn 42" riding lawn mower.

Have had some hiccups with a leaky fuel tank, but we are getting that sorted out. He is excited about his "new to him" B !

He looks like he is having fun with the new toy... Mom bought a new car for her 90th B'day. we let her drive it several years before we convinced her we needed the keys. she'll be 100 in Jan.

He is in high cotton now. Good to see him getting about and enjoying life. That is a great Christmas present!

Couple of things!
-Steve does a very nice job getting these tractors back in good working order. (Humm That means he has room in his shop for another project!)
- Next, I hope I am doing that well at 90!
- Where is the grass?:)
- I always think of the B and C tractors as young mans tractors as they are not the easiest to get on and off! Shows I am wrong!:)
- What A  nice gift!
- Say hi to Don and Betty Roan I think they are on the FFW grounds somewhere too.
(Tell them its the guy they get the honey from.)
Regards,
 Chris

He is a better man then I'll be at 90. I will need something with power steering. Great, great pictures. May he safely enjoy it for many years to come.

I hope and pray I will be as able as he at 90. As long as he is doing what he wants to do and not hurting anyone.....let him.

Thanks for the pics Chris.  Sorry the tank sprang a leak.  Both Haney and your father in law look happy mowing.
