190 or 190XT or D-19 final drive parts do not interchange with a 180 or 185.

Most that switch to taller tires, don't have the power that they thought they had. Jumping to 42" tire from 38" is more of a ratio change that most think.
When you get into overdrive gearing, a small ratio change makes a big difference. The The D19 final drive gears sounds like the low cost option for a gear ratio change.
Find a pair of 20.8X38 to try first. |

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY |

Change bull gears and bull pinion gears to D-19 and gain 8%.

Looking for more wheel speed, currently running 8th gear with cut tires 18.4x38 20" width rims. Not lacking power just need lil more speed. Whether tires 20.8x38 would be better or gears?
