I bought a 220 this spring , pto It runs all the time and I can't get it to shut off. When it is put on a pto powered implement it will not pull it. So is it an adjustment or do I have get into the inards of pto.
Thanks Gerard

The PTO lever has 3-positions: Brake- Neutral-Engaged. There is no adjustment to the clutch itself. It is 100% a hydraulic clutch and brake. I'd say you'd better pressure test each lever position to verify proper pressures. I'd guess your clutch is smoked and warped.

I think the test ports are on the valve itself. I would have had the test ports down at the clutch area, but the Engineers didn't ask me how to do it.
