Aside from it being a little larger in dimeter, are there any negative effects of swapping the 200 fan in for the 190 fan?

Shouldn't be , I think the 200 has 7 blades for drawing more air in

Part of that swap would be double fan belts. You have to keep the single belt tight with the old fan to keep it from slipping. You would need crank pulley with two grooves and alternator pulley.

 mine crank pulley had two groves changedwater pump pulley and alternator pulley used two belts and fan same as 200 it ran much cooler had 125 hp
