Well,,Steve,,,,as I stated, I talked with 16 of the MS techs from 5/18/2018 thru 6/4/2018 and I had to learn to pick out words cause some of those dudes got the thickest accents you ever heard, fact is I had to ask for a different person two times as I could flat out NOT understand what they were tellin me,,,But,,,,Ima goin to say this,,,most of them dudes is some of the smartest people with computers!!!
My biggest issue was I did not want to lose all my files, pics, music as MS wanted to dump the whole hard drive and start from scratch. MS was not able to do that over the phone, so I had to take the PC to a local tech to save my files before letting MS try to fix the PC. The local dude told me $65 to save files but told me he could get the PC to boot for $85, then I could save my files. He worked on it for 5 days and all he could do was save my files for,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,$85 That right there is good old Capitalism,,,,,,,,,    
Total cost to ole Joe from MS was a whopping,,,,,,,,,,"Thank you for choosing Microsoft"

My external terabyte drive is already 2/3 full.

Joe ya don’t have to worry about losing music. All ya got to do is google Outlaw country. All the good stuff is there and you shouldn’t let yer ears hear anything else no how well crept southern rock which is outlaw country anyway.
