The Kubota dealership is currently on 10 Mile near M-37 in Michigan.  Located near Sparta.  My Dad's dealership was located in the current Roger's Hardware building in downtown Sparta, Michigan.  He started it when he was 23 years old in 1935 and ran it until the 1950s when he started a Toro dealership.

I added McDowell Bros. in Fletcher Ohio. They were my dad's uncles, my grandpa farmed with AC . I don't know exact dates but I was told they bought it from King equipment late 40s early 50s. 3 employees later bought it from them in the 70's and changed the name to Tri county between Fletcher and Piqua.

JamesP, let me provide additional pertinent information I have. My name is Dennis McDowell and I’m a son of George McDowell, one-half of McDowell Brothers Equipment. My dad’s brother Fred was the other brother and partner. Your Grandpa Woody was my uncle. My Dad and his brother Fred bought the Allis-Chalmer’s dealership from Charles Case in 1947. At that time is was located on Main Street in the center of Fletcher Ohio. In 1952, the business was moved to a new location at the intersection of Ohio SR36 & Casstown-Sidney Road, about a mile west of their downtown Fletcher location. 1n 1969, McDowell Brothers sold out to Russell Reid (their mechanic for many years), Marion Howe & Don Plank, which became known as Tri-County Equipment.

Added one that was in Centerburg, Ohio, called Judson Knight.  I don't remember it but dad told about buying a new 1936 WC and Allcrop combine there. Also was a Chevrolet dealership. The building burned in the late 30's and that was the end of the business.

.

I was curious about where AC dealers used to be and this thread showed up on the google search list. I don't have record of any old locations to add, but seeing the map is pretty much the overlay for any AC tractors that show up in my Craigslist/Facebook Market Place lists of stuff for sale. Not surprising that the tractors are within tractor-driving distance from the old dealers, but interesting to see.

I see why 75% of the WDs are listed in Ohio rather than Michigan where I'm at. Most are quite a long haul.
