I would have to look it over and drive it too. Offhand looking at pic if I really wanted it 2000 tops, depending on lots and lots of details I would be checking...

IF the other tire and rim are good as this side that tractor would part out for more than 1500, the grill looks good to? are the fenders good, it looks like a real straight original tractor, If  it runs good and the trans is good, and sheetmetal is good as it looks it should be worth 2500 pretty easy,  Tires and sheetmetal are $$$

my 15 had power steering and new rims on the back with OK tires all the way around and a paint job 10 years ago also had a good transmission and great oil pressure with no smoke when running and a homemade 3pt i paid 2000 and it came with a Allis rear mount sickle but i would not sell it for that i might sell it for 3000 or 3500 if i had to but i don't so it is not for sale the sheet metal on the one in the picture looks fair though i cant tell is there a 3 pt on the back or power steering? is the exhaust in working order don't need manifold planning and new gaskets? i think it if it runs good and don't pop out of gear and the hydraulics work good i might bid 2500 to 2750 on her depends on the serial # to if it was a first or last of a production year i would through a extra 500 at it with out a thought for bragging rights to the rarity of it good luck to you hope you win herSleepy
