The spool valves on my 400 loader no longer work. The checks leak and everything drops quickly. What is a good replacement controller for the allis series 400 farm FEL? Thanks,

Are you sure it's not the cylinders leaking internally?

The cylinders have all been rebuilt, they don't leak. The spool valve/control/check springs/valves are shot. Agco doesn't support it and a new replacement aftermarket spool seems to be around $300. Just wondering if anyone had a suggestion. I don't mind spending a few hundred for the right spool.

A local hydraulic shop could probably rebuild yours. |

I have a cross on my D17 and it works fine. We put a Prince valve on my cousins 190 with loader and it also works fine with no leaks.

I have a 500 loader which was installed on our D-17 in 1972.
The valve bleeds off internally. Which brand and model number for a replacement? Price range?
