Got one in the shop with a broken crankshaft. Broke between number one main and number one rod.

In the arm? My 45 cracked in front main near rear edge.Grinder said that's where most crack.Too much timing can hurry this along.That knock you hear when pulled too low too hard....

It's a customer tractor. Was using it with a nine blade mower. He had it at a show years ago and it was tested at 54 hp.
The crank had the radius. Going to detune the engine a little as it is going to the field again.
