Does the points wire go to the + side of the coil or the - side? Or can it go either way. Mine is hooked to the - side but I have seen it hooked to the + side too. Thanks Dave

Depends on if you have positive or negative ground. If you have a positive ground you connect your ignition wire to the - side and the positive side to the distributor. If negative ground the opposite.
