I have a 1956 WD-45 diesel last night took it to a tractor pulll. It runsgreat going down the track with the throttle wide open then it started lugging down I backed the throttle off just a little bit and it started smoking really bad and then all of a sudden picked up RPMs and kept going . I was wondering if it’s possible that I had the throttle too far open
