the transmission on my wd45 is stuck in gear i pulled the shift leaver out and looked in there and it looks like there is a ear broke off.i was wondering where a good place to have it rebuilt

I can't see what you're seeing so I don't know if you know what you're talking about. Most trouble as you describe (stuck in gear) is from badly worn shift lever which the slips out of the gate requiring removal of lever from tower  to pry gate back to N . "Looks like an ear broke off" may not be that at all.
