What is the current draw on a healthy WD/ WD45 starter under load?

Larry !!  from  my I n T manual.   No load  5  volts , no load  60  amps, no  load  rpm  6000, lock test  3  volts, lock test  600 amps , lock test  torque, ft  lbs   15.
