hyd . pressure was only getting around 1500 psi last summer raking hay  i have not looked in my service manual  yet or got on the parts look up .   what do i  need to repair ?       i have a gauge mounted on the port were the traction booster line gauge would go was watching it when i was haveing a hard time opening the 14 wheel hay rake  .   not running out of oil  just low pressure

You'll get a better pressure reading if you hook a gauge up to the remote.

If that's your actual pressure, you'll have to pull the pump off and reseal it at minimum. Could be that some check valve spring springs are broken. I had a bout 700PSI from my pump. pulled it and 2 spring were broke. If after all that you still have low pressure, you can start adding shims to the unload valve in the pump.

AGCO used to sell a couple kits that between them had the bulk of the wearing parts, seals and gaskets included. Once rebuilt you reinstall the pump and check the pressure and then remove it again to shim the relief valve. Been many years since I have seen one that came close to spec for pressure, they all need more shims.

52 wd.        what kit Numbers should i be looking at? i do have a pump off of a 49wd on the shelf but i never seen it run
