Low oil pressure on 45. Someone told me that the right oil filter could help. I just bought the 45, so i don't know to much about it. thank you.

A Fram C159 is one of the oil filters that you can use.

Oil pressure may be as low as 12psi and still be ok

12 PSI is normal pressure according to the manual.
They will run for years on a lot less pressure than that.

The pleated paper filters are bad, the rag and waste filled filters are the good ones.

My Neighbor is in his 70's and has had several wd45's. He always says if theres any oil pressure at oil its ok, and theyll run for years.

Some people replace the factory oil pressure gauge with a 0-60 gauge. That don't work. You need a 0-30 at most to be able to see the needle move with a warmed up engine.

Did the WD45 have the oil pressure regulator on the end of the cam shaft like the D14 or D15?
