I cleaned the carb and now need to know where to set the main jet and idle jet.
CA, WD, C, 3 Bs, 2 Gs, WC, I-400, 914

  Start with the needle jets about one and one half turns out , start engine and adjust to
 to smooth running after engine temp is up to normal operating  temp.

Ted,
Assuming this is a Marvel TSX464 Carburetor, I usually go 1 1/2 turns out from stop on the air/fuel and 1 turn out on the enrichment needle for a starting point. All engines are different and are going to need adjustments accordingly.  HTH
