I guess old age is setting in,,,,, can someone tell me the direction the coolant flows from the radiator to the motor......top to water pump to motor or just the opposite? thanks, right now i'm drawing a blank.

From the bottom of the rad through the engine, back to the top of the tank. I coul;d be wrong, but I think the water pump pulls the collant into the block, then forces it out through the thermostat back to the top tank.

The hottest water comes from the cylinder head, thru the pump into the rad, drops to the rads bottom as it cools , and rises thru the block as it warms, and so it goes......
