I am working on my WC and the left handbrake will dont move at all. anything to look for?? i dont think that it would be rusted bad enough to be that froze up. but it was covered in grease. anything that these brakes are known for? thanks

One of them on my 34 was rusted tight, not the shoe but the handle. I could move it about 1/2 inch, just kept lubing it and working it where it pivots. took about a 1/2 hour and it was working free.

The pin that the handle is connected to goes through a bushing so freeing that up shouldn't take much. There is a cotter pin on the outside of the pin so if it was hammered toward the center of the tractor it could dig into the bushing. Maybe try tapping outward on the base of the handle while you work it back and forth and make sure the bushing hasn't worked out and binding things up.
