The carburetor on my WC leaked.  
Put a kit in it.  Tractor runs fine and carb does not leak while running.  However, when shut the tractor off, carb leaks gas.  It will leak out all the gas in the line to the shut off valve. 
Any ideas?
 Gitessing the next option is probably just buy a rebuilt one?

I would recheck float setting. It can only let the gas leak out if the float is letting gas in when the bowl is full.

Either have a piece of crud under the needle or float isnt set correct.

The Viton  tip on the new needle valves work great. The only problem they have though is if you have any debris coming out of the fuel tank, down the line to the carb, the dirt and debris stick to those Viton needle tips like glue. Make sure the tank isn't getting rusty and debris is getting past the sediment bulb. Also, you might want to check the floats themselves. Remove the float assy and gently give it a shake. If you hear sloshing, one of the pontoons is taking on fuel and the floats are sinking lifting the needle out of its seat allowing fuel to pass. Make sure you aren't getting fuel in the crankcase either. Could spell disaster with fuel in the oil....  HTH
