I was moving equipment around tonight and wanted to test the PTO on my new WC.  Works well and baler sounds good.  I suppose the tricycle front end would be rough on the windrows and the lack of hydraulics could cause a problem when i wanted to dump the bale.

The lack of live PTO is the toughest part to deal with. You can add a hydro pump to take care of the bale dump.

good point about the live PTO. i forgot about that.  This tractor could suck to use for baling hay so im not to worried about the hydraulics.  It would be nice to have a set of remotes for a disk we have.

Post a wanted ad in the classifieds...guys have pumps and pump set ups for sale here every so often for a decent price. WC's are good tractors but limited to their usefulness with no hydros or live PTO....mine is going all out puller and I'll use my WD45 if I wanna do any work.
