So, I'm looking for the temp sensor location on my 180 diesel.  It is a Y/b wire in the harness going to the alternator but was whacked off just before Alternator.  The original owner had switched out the original 2800 series motor with one from and f2 or 3 gleaner  and I don't know if there was a location switch in that regard.    Anyway, I haven't located  it.  Any ideas?

Left side. Directly above the alternator.
