picked up a new water pump for the 7010 yesterday, was checking anifreeze last month, dunno why i did this, but grabbed the fan blade and it wobbled! it's tight on the pump, soooo the bearing in the front must be about to go...not leaking yet either! guess i gots the goody outta the pump, it's been on there 31 years! first pump came with the tractor new, went out the first year, put a kit in it then and has lasted this long. but can't find the kits anymore!

Shoot, only 31 years..it should be just broken in !! LOL.
I got a reman pump from some place in Georgia for another colour tractor and it was 1/4 the price, taxes in ,came with gasket and shipping to Michigan.
Any wonder why local delaers are hurting ???

For the money you are usually well ahead to just put a new or reman pump on.  We do not have a kit to rebuild them, but I'm sure somone does.
