I can't help too much, I never posted a video. The general idea is to host the video somewhere like on youtube. From there, you can copy the link and post it similar to a picture here. If it doesn't work, you can always edit your post and keep trying. Good luck!

go yo youtube, find video, click share, address should appear, highlighted in blue. Hit COPY.  When posting it here, hit the filmstrip icon, 8th one from left, top row, long form reply box.  when you click on the icon, a box will appear. paste your address, into the box. I find that I have to remove the s, from https part of the address...Wink  hit preview, you should see a picture of the video. hit post, and its done.  If you mess up, you can always hit edit, to add text, etc.

Here's the  process I used (per CTucker):

1. In YouTube, click Share.
2. Copy the url that appears.
3. In your post, click on the 'film strip' icon
4. Paste url into the box that opens up; delete everything from the last '/' to the LEFT.

For example.....for the video I posted elsewhere, here's the 'Share' url: https://youtu.be/meT23XhY1NQ

Here's what you paste into the video dialog box: meT23XhY1NQ

Hope this helps!
Dave
