Shameless I been thinking long and hard about this one doesn't go selling that power steering just yet you might be needing it... See you got that chevy powered allis with two transmissions and all which is really cool but I have been looking into diesel engines for a repower problem of my own off color. My old h needs a new motor and I really want a diesel h. So I have been looking and thinking there are two good choices one of them is air cooled but after what they did to ac I can't bring myself to pay the crazy price they want for them but a 3 cylinder air cooled diesel h sure would be a nice field tractor. The other one I saw with the right rpm rating is a good old fashioned detroit 71 serries. Now we know they put them in the farmall M back in the day but they used a small 2 cylinder motor. I know you can't be having nothing that small around there after all you got that v8. So here you go and the price don't look too bad per horse anyway... Detroit 12V71You won't be needing any of them front weights so feel free to sell them but I think you might want to keep the power steering it could be really handy...

And here I thoughts ol shameless had bought it for me so I could stick it on the old WD thats under the corn picker an hard to steer fer fellers like me wid a bad shoulder... wasn't to easy before either

OH,,I think you is chitin in tall cotton,,what with the "steal of the month" on that WD with the PS,,,, Knowin YOU,,I'll wager you didn't pay thet dude mor'n a few Jacksons for the whole chit-a-risky and from what I read that PS unit is pretty rare and valuable piece,,,,, I also know it won't fit my D14,,but I'll prolly raise my bid to make things interestin,,,,, OH,,,another thing,,,I'll also wager,,,ole Creston can use that carb,,if you clean it up and put a kit in it for him,,,,,jest bein neighborly,,,Ya know,,,,,,ok,,done wagerin for awhile,,,,,, yeah,,I caught thet sand rat jab,,,,,I'm thinkin for one on him,,too,,,

Yea, I can hear the old man already...  What do you want that on here for, it steers just fine without it. and besides it'll be something else to wear out. LOL He's been gone 16 years... Been thinking I should take the old picker off and use that tractor in the summer instead of just when I got some corn to pick... in the cold weather.
