Check out this D-21 with 226 gas engine! More rare than a front wheel assist model by far!
By it for a song

I met that guy out in Hutch during the Orange Spectacular. It seems legit, the stories he told about what it can do are a little far fetched, I was interested but it's a hell of a hike for me to retrieve

No he told me the 426 was sick and he had that Leroy laying around and just put it in, there are 4 holes cut in the hood according to him where he strait piped the exhaust. Story wise the stuff that a 120 hp tractor derated to 50?hp will pull was mind boggling to say the least

Looks like you have to pull start it as the starter is missing.  Maybe it needs to go to the Washington State collection where the first D21 lives.  Then he could have the first 4 cylinder gas D21 too. lol

I'd like to hear the stories of the things it can do!
Seems like it would be a modern day RC...

sigh when Spring cleanup comes, it'll have to go, along with the loader nd whatever else ain't bolted down that'll fit into a 40yd dumpster.

I have bought stuff from Gary before and he is no scammer !!  He and his brother run a tractor salvage yard south east of Fargo and they advertise in Farm Collector mag. Gary is personally into prairie tractors and has a large collection of them.  He is also involved at Rolog and has cordinated the feature tractor lineup several times.   I know nothing about this cobled together D21 but lets be carefull about character assasination.  They have a web site  and have exported mostly JD tractors by the container full to foreign countries.

Hay I'm impressed that it all WORKS !!

re:McAffe, it took be 2 months to get RID of that PITA virus software even AFTER using their 'deletefromPC' program.Odds are one of the 'site bits' wasn't set and McAffe shows a 'generic' msg....

re: white spark plug stuff....sure would help putting plugs back into their holes at night,or in dark shed.

what gets me is that the engine bolted up to the bell housing and oh yeah  it RUNS ! OK, it probably won't pull a 7 furrow plow but......heck you could drive it to test the rest of the tractor unlike the 'ran-when-parked'  ones.

Ill second that. I know gary personally and we buy and have sold to him for years. Super honest guy and ive never heard anything bad about him. During the Rollag show his salvage yard hopping with customers usually about 50 constantly all day

Thanks guys for setting me straight about Gary. This is the first time that McAfee has caused this problem with me, but now I suspect it won't be the last. I just wonder if this problem is spreading through the system. Never had it before. Guess it's time to contact McAfee. CryThumbs Down
