Any of the implements you are referring to never fit a D-19, that I am aware of. Just D-14-15-17. The D-19 side frames width are the same as the D-15 and D-17. The side frame length on a D-19 is the same as a D-17 diesel BUT, the D-19 grille/grille shell stick out forward another 3 or 4 inches. The D-19 has inboard final drive gears with a straight axle to the wheel, versus outboard final drives with a drop axle. So, I can't imagine things aren't going to work as-is in that area either. Wheelbase is also longer on the D-19 chassis. I'm sure with a torch, welder, chop saw and some bloody knuckles, you can make it work somehow.
