Loads of buildings Imploded when stop being economically sound. Atlantic City has been in a Down Spiral of Death since gambling OK'd nationwide and casinos sprang up everywhere.
Harrah's and others that built here in the boon years have sold off these as NON Profitable with current regs.

Trump Plaza closed permanently on September 16, 2014.[2] This was the fourth Atlantic City casino to close in 2014, after the Atlantic Club, Showboat, and Revel.
Was sold to OTHERS who did not demo for 6 years.

I've got a feeling that ANYTHING real estate wise pertaining to the spray tanner will be going the "way" of WELLS FARGO  !!

POOR PESSER............. President TRUMP SOLD it over 6 YEARS AGO...BEFORE he was in DC.... Try to stay up with the conversation... It was JUST AN EMPTY BUILDING !

So they dropped several buildings in KC and STL last few months
Were they all Trumps? Not hardly
Dozens of Sold and unused structures are dropped annually

Funny how some get bent over just a name... when you figure in some facts like economy and who is passing rules and regulations and who was in charge at the time... 6 years ago... mmm that puts it in at the milk chocolate era...and it takes a few years prior for the decent... So that would be 2008-2015.

It aint the whole political section Darrin needs to consider dumping to calm things down, just a couple of illogical  e stirrers that now can't even contain it to that section that need to get the shove.
