The light I'm going by is the Trans psi above 1800 it will start taking more and more ram to go out but only seams to do it in low range runing 4,5,6 and if u shift to high range it will cool off and the light will work ware it should and doesn't seam to do it in high 4,5,6 on the road

this is not a heat problem. Run the tractor until it is warm - then put the range in park and lower the rpm until the 1800 PSI lube light just goes out - THEN shift 1 thru 6 and reverse - the light should come on then go off the same at each shift - if it stays on in one or more ranges - you have a leaky seal. IF you have equal light and it comes on at say 2000 RPM you have a geroter pump issue...

New Simtum clutch brake is grabbing so hard it slides the tires and that's gust pushing the clutch down till it just tucked the clutch brake . The lube light stays on under 1800 until till u start using low range 4.5.6 then it starts taking more and more ram to make it go out and if u use high range 1.2.3 it will cool off and light goes back to normal

The transmission brake is not adjusted correctly and should only come on when the clutch pedal is depressed clear to the cab floor. Continued use of a mis-adjusted trans brake wears out the freshly built trans you have. It is only to be used to get the range lever (high and low range) into gear and not to stop forward motion of the tractor. More heat is generated in 4-5 and 6 gears than 1-2 and 3 and THAT IS NORMAL. You were told the transmission (in the cab dipstick) cannot be overfull of oil.....is it? or not? The hotter the oil, the longer it takes for the 1800 RPM lube light to go out...THAT TOO IS NORMAL. If the transmission "hot" light works and isn't turned on, the transmission oil isn't too hot. Read your owners manual.

Ok I warmed the tractor up and put the range shifter in neutral and set the rpm to just before the light went out and shifted through all 6 gears and 1.2.3 the light comes on and gose out the same but 4.5.6 the light comes on and stays on

So when the light is "on" in 4-5 and 6....how much more engine RPM does it take to put the light out versus 1-2-and 3 ??

Don't go by tack for 1800 RPMs. Tack may show 1800 when it is only1600 RPMs.
The motor may loose some RPMs when you go from3-4 because of ro. through trans.
The 1800 light should have never ben put to where operator could see it, only for the mechanic. MACK

I'm very much doubting that you set-up the "lube" pressure to spec............exactly what is your "LUBE" pressure????? 210-230 psi???? that's NOT lube pressure, that's clutch pressure.

Sending unit turned light on around 10-15 psi. I have saw PSs that would never turn light off after oil got hot. Pump replaced, trans. went through, sending unit replaced and every thing checked out. Ran several thousand hours with no problems. MACK

I'm thinking the lube pressure switch on a 7000 is only 7 psi and would easily retrofit.
