I would pick the full color one. It allows him to stand out more in the picture.

I agree, go with the full color one, he stands out more, and that nice scenery behind him, (besides the Allis!) isn't all faded out.

I like the color one also, the black and white one makes it look like there is SNOW on the round bale and in the backgrond.

That is a beautiful pic of the 8000 series!!!  Where is Mathew again? :-)  Actually for the B&W to work, he should be in color, and the rest, including the Allis should be B&W!  Either way, they are both great pics.

Mathew says Thanks to everyone. My only advice was , I didn't care what color he was as long as the tractor was the correct color!!! He did say to tell ya'll that the color one was his favorite one also .Bill , Sorry I missed you at FSR. Tucker , Does it count if he moves like a senior citizen? Every now and then a shot with a hot stick will get him to move like he is 17!! Scott

okay, so one dissenting vote.
full color is "expected".  person in color w/ greyed bg is "stylized" but not really uncommon.  greyed all except tractor "makes a statement" and is more "unique".
dealing with 150 teens 5 days a week i'm guessing he went with the latter.

uh... now i see i was wrong. oh, well, def not the first time... nor the last.
