Is it normal for a battery to drain when the switch is on. My B is doin this, but its not as bad as when I had a bad regulator but I dont want someone to flip the switch and drain the battery while its at the fair or a show?

Depends on what ignition system you have. If it's a magneto, all the switch does is ground the mag so it won't fire. If it's a coil and distributor ignition, leaving the switch on will not only draw the battery down but also burn up your points so it won't run worth a crap if at all.

Depends on what switch yer' talkin' about and what Ignition system you have. If its the Ignition switch you're referring to, absolutely. With the switch on, you're powering up the Ignition circuit if its a Distributor fired Tractor. The Battery will eventually drain. As Tuck mentioned, if its a Mag, the Mag is grounded and won't start if the switch is left ON.
