Dwayne (Auntwayne) and his brother Ryan Renko invited me down to watch them harvest soybeans with Ryan's model 72 Allcrop. Bright warm beautiful day, rode the Lowrider 76 miles down to their family farm.A little windy, otherwise a perfect day for a ride.
Ryan's 72 is the cleanest, nicest working Allcrop I have seen.It did an excellent job.Could not find a soybean coming out of the side.Took a few photos and made a few videos.Hopefully someone smarter than me can help post live link to videos.
The Renkos have a nice collection of A/C equiptment that has been well cared for. Thanks so much for inviting me down, hopefully I can get some time when you take wheat out next year.
Ryan , Me , Dwayne

This is Not a 45,no one is saying it is.This is just the way their father decided to restore it a long time ago.I like it.I like the cream rims, think it looks better.

I will down load video link in a few minutes

Ctucker, one thing interesting about that wd45D is the fact that it has a 1967 D17 crate motor in it!!! The old man bought it to replace the engine that went bad. It took some really creative work to get it in there.

I enjoyed the videos. Ryan and DeWayne, was that combine in your family for a long time?
Sure looks nice!

Ryan bought that combine a few years ago.Who ever had it before took very good care of it.The Renko's also are taking very good csre of it.I doubt it has ever seen rain.
The 72 that came off of my family farm is rotting away in a shed with a dirt floor. The owner says I can have it,,,,, but I have no where to keep it or use it.Maybe some day.

I love the 72 s. That's one of the cleanest I've seen for some time. I bought mine used in high school to cut 5 acres of soybeans. Five years and 500 acres later sold it for more than I paid for it. I wish all my deals made that kind of profit. If anybody sees one with a pickup reel and farm all cylinders to adjust the height of the real that is likely my old machine. I would love to know where the combine is.

I spent afew hours today cleaning it off and trying to get any grain out by opening tailings, clean grain, and unloading auger doors. The old gal did good!! Put her back in the shed to rest until wheat next summer. As fun as it was to harvest on a sunny fall day when the temperature was in the low 80s, I'm thinking a wheat harvest in the summer when its in the upper 90s might not be as much fun!! LOL  Ryan

Ryan,
I use a leaf blower to help clean my 72 out.  Works pretty good.  Nice rig, Den

Own 4 wheel 20, 2-5015, 5020 and associated equipment and 2 electric forklifts.
