Took the D-17 with the bush hog to do some brush clearing and the D-17 died in the middle of the job.
Couldn't get it to start back up. I had to go get the Massey 65 which also has a bush hog attached to it to finish the job. That Perkins diesel ran good. Fun little tractor. |

You know you are going to take some crap for this... No digs on the Massey, they made good tractors too. At least you gave the 17 the first option.

I'm sure the 'ol Massey was tired of stayin in the shed, so she spiked the gas in the 17 when you weren't lookin, so she could come out and play too.

Sounds like the owner doesn't have the 17' up to snuff. Next time don't take a machine to do a job unless it is ready to go. And I may add, all good AC owners/operators usually can get there "orange" machine up and running, maybe time to brush-up on your service classes? Not trying to be critical [ although I admit it sounds like I'am], I just stick up for my brand, no matter what.
