Hi all,
One of my neighbors has an Allis-Chalmers 5020 that I'm looking to buy. I know nothing about this model except what I've seen looking it over. It has a front bucket, 4WD, & various attachments.
It runs, & the hydraulics work, altho it didn't run for aprox 3 yrs, & now has several leaks.
I'm guessing it to be aprox 30 HP.
What is one of these worth, aproximately?
Thanks,
PTJ

Depemding on condition and tires my guess is they go for$3000.00 and up. Implements and loader add to value.

Welcome, I've seen them run anywhere from 2500 to $5500 depending on condition, hours, extras, etc... if it is an allis loader that alone is worth as much as the tractor sometimes I ga
ve 3800 for mine with cab, front mount snow blower & 5' belly mower a few years ago

Check out the front drive axle also. As it is main area to need attention or repairs.

If it all cecks out and runs good -- you could easily be in the $5000 range. They are really handy little tractors. With 4WD, loader, and other attachments -- good find.

Hi guys,
Thanx for the replies. I THINK the loader was made by Great Neck, it's been awhile since I looked it over & have since lost the notes I took.
It has a metal shade / rollover structure above the seat.
What is the Horsepower?

Don't quote me to be exact, but I believe the horsepower is just a little over 20. HTH God Bless.
