I done a pickup in Jefferson MO today, right beside LAUF Equipment. They have a pretty nice 175D and a D17 gas. He D17 has an oval muffler, but has SC hitch. I thought all oval muffler tractors were Series 4. I guess the muffler could have been changed over the years.
35WC on steel, B with belly mower, D17 puller, D15 Series II puller, D15 Series II with loader, 608 Lawn Tractor

Series IV were sold with snap coupler too....where were the hydraulic controls?

Ser IV was available with either SC or 3 pt
You only need to know 3 things to be a plumber;Crap rolls down hill,Hot is on the left and Don't bite your fingernails

Series III also had oval mufflers too.
