I may be in need of a usable injection pump for AC 185. Let me know if you have one.
I'm in West Central Iowa, prefer 1 in reasonable distance if possible.
Pump driveshaft has sheared. First on Roosa Master for me in 50 years. ALL 6 line bolts came out of pump head by wrench all the way. I figure that means the head seized. Pump is clean and shiny like it had recently been repaired. I'm dropping it off at pump shop Monday to find out extent of damage.
. I Found a pump drive shaft, sadly the inj pump was sold last spring.
It's a shed find 185 that hadn't been run in about 5 years shows 32xx hrs. Brought it home Friday. Widow said it just quit after starting on a very cold day. I Put battery in before loading and cranks nice but no smoke no try run. Found problem today.
Decided it looks far too nice to junk so I'm going to see if it'll run and go from there. Tires were what I was after. 2 rear still have tits on them, seats nice, lights work, paints good after bird poo washed off, 3 pt raised while cranking.
