I have long coveted an Allis Model CA, this one sorta fell into my lap for cheap. Loader, aftermarket 3-Point.
The engine was lightly stuck but my 14 year old Grandson had it freed up the next day. The carburetor needs cleaned, etc. before trying to start.
It has some issues with the steering box.

CA steering box arm normally points UP... Yours points DOWN like a model B.... maybe to get it away from the loader frame ?

Never seen a loader on a CA, neat find. Good luck with it and hope you get it going. The extra length arm is for extra leverage steering I’m assuming due to the extra weight of the loader?

Not sure on that, extra length on the drop arm would surely = less leverage?
What's the score with the negative camber on the front end too, is that normally how the adjustable WFE would sit & the one on my B is just wore slap out? Looks like you've got wider automotive tires like I do but mine just rub at the top of the knee, basically straight up/down with no camber at all.
Love the loader set up, that & the 3 point would come in super useful about now! (and bits of your carb haha!)
Good luck getting her going, looking forward to seeing another small one live again

A loader on a CA: That's surely asking for steering gear issues. Whoever added that extra length has thing basswckwards. That lever needs to be shorter for extra leverage. If you plan on keeping the loaded on it, it looks to be a good place for a FarmerFix of a replacement power steering box from a car or light pickup. I suppose that the original front axle gave up from the abuse the loader added, since it was replace with a D12 axle, needing the arm to point down.
If it was here that 3pt would be on the scrap heap, the only thing they are good for are pinched fingers and a bad back. Snap coupler is the best hitch ever produced

Not sure what this steering box came from but it has massive amounts of slop. I like the idea of finding a power steering box to scab in there.

Thanks for pointing that out, I did not realize it was not a Model C axle; I have never so much as seen or touched a D12 so wouldn't have recognized it as such.

Trouble is, I own a half dozen 3pt implements and exactly one snap coupler two-bottom plow. Snap coupler tools are scarce as hen's teeth around these parts

PaulB pointed out that this is a D12 axle so I guess that's just how they were made?  The wheels are definitely not stock Allis-Chalmers.

We hope to get some use out of it around the homestead for sure  If I had any spare carb parts I would send you some

We got it turning over freely with the starter now and found some sparks so now just need to get the carburetor to carbureting.

Great stuff, didn't realise the WFE wasn't correct either. perhaps as Pauls says accounts for the drop arm & camber angle.
Lovely simple carbs to go through though, especially when the 200lb gorilla on the other end of the tools doesn't twist bits of them right in half lol
Power steering would be great if you can make it work, after all the hydraulic pump is already there so should be easy.

that 3 point will be VERY HANDY around a small homestead / farm.. I have a "home made" one on a B and keep a blade on it.... 2-3-4 the tractors have sickle / belly mower / drag disc..
and the loader will come in hand.. Use ocasionally as a fork truck or to move small loads.. Not a FULL TIME LOADER... but VERY HANDY for light use on SMALL farm.
Worn out gear boxes are normall for the B- C tractors.. Not hard to disassemble and repair..... i assume Paul means you have a D12 gear box in addition to the axle.. Bigger than a B, but probably easy to disassemble.. parts may be a problem.
