NEWS said the wind speed was over 175 MPH... but the odd part was tornado was traveling 55 MPH across the ground ! ........ something like a mile wide and 100 miles long damage.
Like them all, but love the "B"s.

We made it fine. Had some heavy rain and lightning, when we pulled into the church parking lot about 9:30 there were 4 strong bolts of cloud to ground right together about a mile away. Didn't take my bride long to get inside. Praying for the ones that got hit early this morning. Thanks for thinking of us.

Starting to storm again here. Doesn't look like it'll be TOO bad. Looks like south of here it's going to be rough. Maybe around Newnan and Peachtree City. Hubert, you might need to sleep with one eye open tonight just in case

Looks like Troup and Merriweather Counties got hit again last night. The rough stuff has been south of us so far. I have seen two tornadoes up close, that is enough for me. You keep an eye out up your way also, we are just getting into tornado 🌪 season.
