Yes, have a similar one in Spanish.  Also have a different one in French.  Will have them on display at the GOTO in Baraboo.

What does the stamp say and what language is it?

They catalog was printed by Allis Chalmers as advertising.

The entire catalog in English, with a proposal from plant A-C for the USSR
to purchase a tractors with the date June 4, 1927.

The letter also contains information that it is planned to transfer one test tractor 20-35 to Ukraine to participate in the competitive selection of the best manufacturer for further cooperation.

Only stamp in Russian.

I'm grateful to the United States for helping us save our nation. I would be glad if such a relic, a piece of American history, found a place in an American museum or in the private collection of Allis-Chalmers. The set is unique, even separately these brochures are rarely found on sale (set has potential).
