on a 190xt the power director handle will slide out of hi sometimes, to correct this can you regrind the detent plate.or better buy new or is there something else in there. the handle still has spring to it thanks

I always just removed the notch plate and reshaped the notch a little deeper. Fairly quick and easy. If you want to build up the pin on the lever, a lot more work.
