I believe it is a header hinge point reinforcement for All-Crop combines.

The reason that I knew what it was, we had to replace both of them on a 66 All-Crop that we borrowed from our landlord.(This was in 1961) Both of them broke and the header fell off. We had to chisel off the rivets on the broken ones and replace them right out in the middle of a soybean field. When the header fell off, it was one of those "Oh, S--T" moments.
