The lever (with the two set screws) that the switch turnbuckle connects to   slips or turns or moves forward on the rock shaft, I tighten the setscrews as tight as possible but it won't stay put. I replaced the left outer-upper stabilizer arm retaining pin but no dice, what am I missing on this thing? Thanks Dave

Start by raising the header clear up and set the safety stop. Pull down on the cutterbar at all linkage locations and make sure the cutterbar is actually DOWN all the way max. Use Gr8 bolts on that arm and get them TIGHT after positioning it where it needs to be.  Now weld the arm to the shaft on the end. Now adjust all sensing arms so they all touch the linkage arms all at the same time. After all this, you make have to tweak the adjustable linkage going to the plastic signal arm on the end.
