The E is not the easiest to switch from corn head to grain head. Anyone have any tips to make the job a little easier next time?

There is a crib that the grain head is to be set on when not on combine. It holds the cutter bar up a little to help the top hooks get started. I built mine on casters to roll around shed. A little practice and they aren’t an issue without. I unhook mine on the goose neck trailer and spin it sideways when hauling to shows.

Always unhook bottom pins first, lower head until there is one gap at bottom. Block header there. Unlock top pins and back out. Hook up top pins first then raise head and latch lower pins. MACK
