My expert crew was absolutely no help so here I am. Found these two in the Father-in-laws stuff and I don't have a clue, they are about 1/2" thick. They fold completely around and and you can make out how they have double holes. I thought maybe they were a special tool to hold something like brake lines or chain, I don't know. He worked for a transport company for a wile doing hydraulics and repair to auto haulers. |

Looks like a wire clamp/crimper similar to tool used for spark plug ends, just different sizes

JW, just type in picture of antique wire crimp pliers. Looks like they are Klein 132-15 reversible wire crimp splice tool. Never seen them before and when I searched that I couldn't believe it picture looks identical.

I'll be darned, Thanks, that's it. I rekon he spliced a lot of wires, God only knows how many tail, reverse and marker lights I've come across.

You got some fancy ones there... Got a simple one here, a Swedish Never Turn, S&H CO N.Y. USA Have
used it in bending brake lines and forming copper tubing and crimping
wire terminals and like the lock on it for holding small stuff still. ![]() |
