On my tractor there is a short (less that 2 ft?) pipe that slips on muffler and snakes over and up through hood where then there is a "stack" that attaches at hole in hood. The pipe between muffler and hood has rotted out ahead of muffler and blowing soot everywhere. I can't find this pipe on partsbooks site. It kinda indicates that there is a one piece stack which attaches to muffler. Does anyone know if this is right? That bad pipe will be a turkey to duplicate because of turns and angles. Can call dealer tomorrow but wondering what you all know. TIA

My 6080 has a pipe like that.  Comes off the turbo and crosses over to the left side of the tractor.  Exhaust pipe then slides on top of it - a very tight fit.

Try AGCO first and a local exhaust shop second.

Your tractor should have had a one piece stack, just like the parts book shows. They're kind of expensive as I recall. Someone has evidently changed yours,so now, either get the right one or improvise. A piece of flexible exhaust tubing would be cheap and get you going.

I see that All States Ag Parts  sells  a black or chrome one piece pipe with the matching AGCO part# which I find in the partsbooks. $212 for black $260 for chrome. I'll check AGCO tomorrow. Problem now is...mine has chrome stack with curved  outlet which I kinda like. It's aimed away from operator and sheds some rain. It only sets out during dirt work season. Hate to cut the top off the replacement just to keep my curved chromie. Both listed are straight cut tops. GRRR!!!
If I was betting...I'd say original was cut at hood to add chrome stack cuz it's a one piece curved in the right ways to fit.

You guys get the eliminator or just a pipe? Do they have both. The website don't provide any info. If you have an eliminator, does it have smooth bend or sections welded?

I got the pipe, and it is, if i remember right, welded in 2 or three pieces. I will look this morning and take a pic. Call them and talk to Dave, good guy to work with.

We have the eliminator from Thormure on one of the 8050's. The muffler was shot.
We did reuse the original stack.
I think you will like the eliminator.

Click on above. Pick Stainless Steel or mild steel. Pick diameter and bends required. MIG weld together to duplicate original including bends and flanges. Mild steel MIG wire works just fine on SS. If you can cut and weld, no problem.
