Wife had a long surgery this am to fix some female problems(prolapse/incontinence look up POP)took bout 3-4 hrs,,all went ok,,not sure what all was done,, just gonna take some time to heal up...
Both oldest daughters there,,. I get to take care of the critters...

Sorry you won't be able to make it to Hutch this year but you've got to do what you've got to do. We will have you in our hearts. My daughter just went through something similar a couple weeks ago and is still slowing recovering, so I have a good idea of what your wife and your family are going through.

Might still make it there, but be a fast run there an back...no 'side' trips...may not to get to take in all 3 days...
Just hafta kinda wait an see how things go...I sure want to go..but don't like putting a full burden on the 'kids'

Michael, praying for a speedy and full recovery for the love of your life. Keep us updated on how she's doing... thank you folks,,, ya'll are the bestest...looks like the Dr.'s aren't going to let her out til Thur afternoon...hafta see how things go... soooo,, the hutch trip MIGHT be off..  I changed motel reservation to check in Friday PM,, so there's a room for Thursday available at the Knights Inn in Litchfield..

Update...
wifeypoo been home since last Thursday, can get up and get around,kinda weaning off the pain meds,
not supposed to lift over 5 lbs. Can't eat much cept broth and clear liquids...no meat or veggies for a long time,, like 2-3 months...
I guess they pretty much redone all her guts...so they gotta heal..so gonna take longer than I first thought, oldest step daughter gave out a lot more detailed info this afternoon

Hey Michael,,,thas great to hear,,just bein able to get up from the bed is a great achievement after any surgery and will help her get on the mend faster,,,More Prayers goin up that a way,,,,,
