    Posted: 19 Nov 2017 at 9:01am
I recently acquired a WD-45 AC. With a little work I got the thing running. Problem is after I got it rolling I could hear a squeak / grind. After inspection the bearing cap on the rear right wheel is gone and the bearings are junk. I located all of the part numbers in another post on this forum, thank you. I can't find anyone selling that cover. I wanted to order all of these parts before I started. Suggestions?

Thanks, I found some on eBay. Now to the task of replacing the bearings.

I have replaced some of these bearings on WD's, inner and outer races. Had some puller discs built then used all thread to move the races.
Some pictures on here somewhere too.
Regards,
Chris

What kind of squeak/grind? This different from the typical clicking/scraping sound you can hear from the rear end as you rock a tractor back and forth?

Cap is gone, I can see a race with no bearings. It screeches like a bad bearing. The tire wiggled when you engage the clutch.
