Not that I recall at the moment. 
B, C, CA, is at the base of the gearshift lever. 
WD/WD45 is above the left rear brake spring hole
"D" Series up to D17 is on the rear left side of the engine on the bell housing
D19 is on the back center edge behind the seat mount. It might be covered up with oil & dirt or a hydraulic line, or both.

The Allis Chalmers Story by C H Wendel has that information.

The Steiner catalog has locations as well as serial number breakdowns.  This page also has year charts under the home page - serial numbers.
